PRICES  and  PRODUCTS

Prices displayed on this website for our products are in Australia dollars ($AUD) including GST.  SalonQuip reserves the right to change these prices and/or descriptions or sizes of products without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a displayed product or service without notice at any time.

Some of our products or services may have limited quantities. We try to display accurately the colours and images of our products on our site. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void if illegal.

SalonQuip accepts no liability for the misuse of, damage to or injury to any person or property caused by any professional machine or product that you buy on this website and that you use or that you allow to be used by any person who is not qualified to use the machine or product.

 

 PAYMENT

You need to pay for goods and delivery in Australian dollars ($AUD) before we despatch the goods supplied.  You must pay the order via credit card or bank transfer or other means of credit or payment offered on this site from time to time.  Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.  If SalonQuip has agreed to extend a credit facility to you, you are not required to pay for your goods when your order is placed, but you must pay for your goods before or on the date stated on the Tax Invoice that we send to you.

 

FREIGHT  and  INSURANCE

You are responsible for all freight and optional insurance costs. SalonQuip will only arrange for insurance if you request us to do so at the time that you place the order. Insurance costs will be extra to be paid by you.  We reserve the right to vary the freight rate quoted on the order for large or hazardous items or delivery to distant or remote locations as determined by the couriers that we use.  You bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods to be supplied from the time we have handed the goods to a courier or carrier for delivery to your nominated place of delivery.

DELIVERY  DELAYS

SalonQuip is not liable for any failure to provide or delay in supply of any goods.  We do not accept responsibility for delays arising from strikes, accidents, weather-related incidents or other contingencies beyond our control.

RISK

Loss or damage suffered by you after we supply goods to you does not excuse you from having to pay for the goods unless the loss or damage is due to our default or negligence.

  

JURISDICTION

You agree with us to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Victoria, Australia and the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates’ Court of Australia and agree that any legal proceedings may be heard in those courts..
